While buying a SANDMAN book...

Today's customer was submitted by comic shop
manager Lulu Bonanza who had this said to her in her store.
She went on to assure me that "..yes. He was actually
wearing a Dresden Dolls shirt."

  1. Hard to argue with that.

  14. "Something wrong with the Dresden Dolls?"

Maybe I'm missing a joke, but I'll play it straight: Neil Gaiman is married to Amanda Palmer.

  17. I get this. Gaiman makes it go smooth. Bendis constipates me.

  18. Suggested new rule: If a large enough percentage of the comments posted agree with the day's comic, such as this one, and the comic in question happens to have the "creeps" tag, I think you're morally obligated to switch the tag to "jus' folks" instead.

  20. Anon 9:45 - I think that's too much of an assumption about this blog's audience.

  22. Neil Gaimen's books are lovely and wonderful... FOR ME TO POOP ON!

  23. Huh.
This one makes sense to me.

  24. I actually like reading Crossed or The Boys while taking a dump. It feels like the only place appropriate for such horrible material.

  25. I tried reading Transmetropolitan in the bathroom once. Ironically, like Channon, I too ended up taking a dump the size of a birthday cake.
