Then who's the Hamburgler?
Frank Miller.
I want to say Alan Moore is Grimace, but he looks more like one of the Fry Guys.
Or maybe Stan Lee could be Mayor McCheese.
Jim Shooter. John Byrne.
I suppose that means Rob Granito is MacDowell's.
Good One!
If Stan Lee is to Marvel as Ronald McDonald is to McDonalds, does that mean Dan Dido is to DC the way that the red headed Wendy woman is to Wendy's?
"It's true."
Yep.
Calling bullshit. Stan Lee created so much in the comics we enjoy today. That's a lot more than just being a mascot.
I think the comment was more about Stan Lee's role in comics *today*, where he's mainly a figurehead and celebrity. It's been years since he actually produced any important works of note....Much like Ronald McDonald.
So you're saying the McRib is not an important piece of work?
more like the ron popeil of comics.
