Because THAT'S probably the reason...

  4. I agree, Twilight Sparkle is the easiest of the Mane 6 to understand.

  5. Like, omigawd. I like totally was flipping through like the channels on my parents' TV, and like I saw this show called "The Twilight Zone" and like stuff. I got sooooo excited. But I turned it on and I and I was like, "like, whatever. This isn't 'Twilight.' It's all a bunch old black and white people!" Stephanie Meyer should totally sue those old lame people.

  6. No she's got me there... I DON'T understand it. I don't understand why anyone likes it.

  7. Ahh, that old chestnut. "You don't like the thing I like so you obviously didn't understand it." Works every time.

  8. Well then, explain it to me, hunny. I'll wait.

  9. I'm cool with anything that increases the number of goth chicks in our society; even by 1.

    2. Agreed, but what does Twilight have to do with this?

    4. I'm not sure she's "Goth"-y so much as just a girl who cuts herself a lot. Then again I guess there's probably little difference.

  10. Umm...it couldn't possibly be the horrendously poor writing, dialogue, exposition and plot?

  11. Can't stand Twilight myself, but I feel kind of sorry for her. I'm only going by this one cartoon, but it looks like she's just come out of a sheltered fandom and feels the slings and arrows of outrageous... *sense* for the first time.

  12. Change the gender, replace "Twilight" with "Donnie Darko" and you've got another cartoon.

    1. But then that person would have a valid point.

    2. But not really. More likely that person hadn't seen all the movies Richard Kelly stole from.

    3. "More likely that person hadn't seen all the movies Richard Kelly stole from." I guess you could replace "Twilight" with "Any Tarantino movie", then.

    4. Sure. I'd go along with that. But adding that a couple of Tarantino movies were in the Darko swipe file.

  15. I'm not sure what's worse-the fact she's saying that while wearing a 'Monster High' shirt, or that I recognize it's a 'Monster High' shirt.

  16. If you didn't like twilight it's because you're male.

  17. Funny, I thought you had to BE stupid in order to like Twilight.
