  2. Yes, boyfriends who like the people their girlfriend's like are terrible.

  3. I think they'd be an awesome couple to hang out with. Oh the stories they could tell..!

  5. I guess she's talking about Nu 52 Green Arrow, because old Green Arrow would be a blast!

    1. He would be, but I think they've established REPEATEDLY that no, he's not a very good boyfriend.

    2. Nor is Canary really the best of girlsfriends (after all, wasn't Ollie treated as a cheating bastard after being practically raped?).

    3. WTF? I haven't read the story, but that already sounds horrible! Poor Ollie! :(

  6. I guess it's Ménage à Nàh?

  7. Apropos of nothing, doesn't Ollie Queen always seem like his beard would smell of cigarettes? Also, Rock-n-Roll from G.I. Joe. Maybe I'm unconsciously remembering someone from my childhood with a blond beard who smelled of cigarettes. Disregard.

    1. I don't know why but whenever I read Ollie in the comics, I always imagine him having the voice of Rowdy Roddy Piper.

  8. Yeah, Ollie's the guy who cheated on Dinah (super-disappointed in you, fictional man). On top of that, he'd probably be insufferable:
"What, you don't buy fair trade coffee?!"
"I guess you don't mind killing the environment driving around in that gas-guzzler of yours."
"You won't give to my charity for inner-city youth? What are you, racist?"

  9. Honestly, I stopped liking Black Canary when she seemingly dumped Dr. Midnight the second Ollie came back from the dead. I didn't like the fact that she left the intelligent sensitive guy for the alpha male jock type. (Not that, I have any experience with situations like that...)
