  1. "shut up you idiot" is the best tag in a while.

    1. Agreed. I think it should retroactively applied to all appropriate comics.

  2. I would also like to see the tag "punched in the face", because some of these folks need it.

  3. "I love this so much, I don't want to share it with anyone, in any way!" Ah, geeks, I love ya.

    1. Also, "how dare you buy mass-produced merchandise that has the same brand name as the mass-produced merchandise I purchase has!!!"

  4. Aw, come on. The poor guy - obviously little kids are the only demographic he can feel superior to. And should probably be kept away from...

  5. Imagine how the kids feels seeing him wear one...

  6. That's horseshit. Kids already know EVERYTHING they need to know about Batman: He's a rich vigilante with a Batcave.

What else could they possibly need to know?

    1. The Batmobile. Don't forget the Batmobile.

  7. The best part of being 7 was when I knew the entirety of Superman's history and wore that towel-as-a-cape with a well deserved sense of superiority.

  8. Ungh, what a c*nt...
Serously? I get agressive around people like that, I probably would have punched him, thus starting a brawl in the comic shop, causing me to get a house ban in the comic shop.

Hmmm...Yeah. You probably wouldn't have done any of that. Relax.

  9. If more people wrote comics with their child-like love for them still intact, the industry would probably be in much better shape.

    Point: Joss Whedon

    Counterpoint: Geoff Johns

  10. Obviously this guy is an "Incompetent Henchmen" working for one of Bats Arch Enemy.

It's just a matter of time before he gets his. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x7hgPwyQUTc

What a dick! My son is 8 and LOVES Batman, Captain America & Hawkeye! Doesnt mean he needs to know everything. Hell I'm pretty sure most people fall in love with comics as kids and soak up everything so that by the above dumbasses age they know most everything. Oh yeah & someone take his punishers tshirt. I'm pretty sure the Punisher wouldn't want to be associate with him. :)

  13. Funny...I feel exactly the same way about guys with that weird little tuft of beard on their chin.

  14. This one and the one the other day about hipsters make a nice juxtaposition.

  15. I wonder, if one of that little kid's parents (the one who thought the Batman brand is appropriate for such a little kid to wear in public) reads a Batman title and then freely speaks up on a public forum about what he or she finds in there...

...then would this jerk also be all "how dare you think a Batman product has something to do with a Batman product!!!"?

  16. There was a time when my son was three that he'd only wear either a Superman shirt or a Batman shirt. I really have no other point to make than this guy is a dick for picking on three year olds.
