    1. Stupid Bat-Trivia: In Denny O'Neil's "Threat of the Two Headed Coin!" (Batman #258, October '74) we learn the left ear can be snapped off to release a thermal flare capable of burning through chains.

      ...Which is exactly what I want to carry on my head, especially when I'm taking blows to the skull all the time.

  4. I know this is mildly off-topic... but has anyone seen Holy Musical B@man!? (You can search for it on YouTube if you haven't, because you should!) -But I think their version of Commissioner Gordon is the MOST AWESOME version ever committed to film!!! "Water-shots! -Straight from the faucet, my favorite pastime!!!"
    I will never be able to look at him, or The Green Lantern, ever again without thinking of how they were in this musical.

  6. if i had to really overthink i'd assume the ears were antenna as well. that or for your stabbing your enemy by gutting them open like a charging rhino.

    and all cops have mustaches. so i would be more awkward if gordon DIDN'T have one.
