While he and his friend discussed Christmas presents...

  1. Reminds me of that old joke - two blondes were catching up when one said "Oh, I just finished a puzzle. It took me three weeks!" her friend replies, "Wow, it must've been a tough one!" to which she responds "Yeah, but I'm really proud of myself for getting it done so quickly. On the box it said 2 - 4 years."

  2. How sad. Maybe a 2 piece puzzle is more in his league.

  3. But look! He has no hands! His arms end in stubs! The poor lad, no wonder it was so hard for him.

  4. Is there any possibility that he was trying to be sarcastic? I really, really hope so.

  5. It could have been worse. At least it wasn't 37.

  6. "And only half of them were edible!"

Look at this guy. Add a dash of herd-based hipsterism and you'll have the sort of Internet Tough Guy/fascist-wannabe who bays about assaulting and harming complete strangers who use electronics they haven't approved of.

How's the Stop Anonymous Postings Supplement (SAPS) coming along, ladies? Oh, well, how about the diet then? Ooooh, sorry to hear that.

  7. It's a good thing he didn't get this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003173AC4/ref=as_li_tf_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=theh023-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B003173AC4

  8. This is hardly the guy to make fun of. At least he wasn't calling his mom a bitch for getting him a puzzle for Christmas instead of an iPad or whatever these kids are into.

  9. Maybe if he read Spider-man instead of assembled Spider-man his mom wouldn't have to be paying for the damn Kumon learning center.

  10. Future political leader. Is it me or is each generation growing up twice as retarded as the last?

  11. It's just you. Each generation is actually getting smarter, IQ-wise. There has always been idiots, and there always will be idiots.

  12. No, each generation is actually NOT getting smarter. lol... nice try. We're moving quickly towards idiocracy. My generation can do math in their heads and work it out on paper, yours learned how to use a calculator.

  13. IQ has nothing to do with intelligence. Your IQ score is a measure of your ability to learn. Your potential to become intelligent. Having high potential is not the same as living up to your potential. If a man has an IQ that is off the charts does nothing but watch Jackass all day he will learn nothing and stay stupid.

That said, dependence on a calculator isn't a sign of stupidity either. A generation that knows how to do long division but can't work a TIVO isn't smarter than a generation that can work a TIVO but can't do long division. Your's can multiply in your head. Their's can write computer programs. Different skills for different times. Nothing to do with smarts.

Inability to do a 36 piece puzzle is, however, stupid for any generation.

  14. Clearly he's more suited to those challenging 1-piece puzzles that come rolled up and have pictures of such luminaries as Monday Monkey, Justin Bieber, and Hello Kitty.

  15. He wasn't really wearing a No Doubt shirt was he?

  16. I was probably this 3D puzzle.

  17. Moms, plural? I hope the kid's obvious brain damage won't be taken as proof that homosexuals are unfit to raise children. >_>
