@Moggy: Over-reaction much? I'm pretty sure she was exaggerating for the sake of humor. Of course, that's only because the drawing depicts her as smiling while she says it and she doesn't look as much like trailer trash as most of the other drawings here.
Well, Superman did say that he wished more kids were like Wally West, one of the founders of the Teen Titans. Back when there was a Wally West, I mean.
Heh, I love that woman. As someone who has to use public transit right after school and has to endure there teenagers who act like a horde of lobotomized, rabid baboons, I cannot help but welcome those true words of wisdom!
I respect this one.
ReplyDelete... I'd try to argue with her but It was a piece of shit back then so I really can't.
ReplyDeleteI need to bookmark this one for next year's framed print.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who was a teenager just a few years ago I can't help but agree.
ReplyDeleteThis one speaks the truth.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny because it's true.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Mom. I won't be smoking and drinking before I'm 16 at all with an attitude like that.
ReplyDeleteWhat a bitch. She's more lazy and horrible than 99% of the teenagers out there. Her poor kids.

ReplyDeleteMoggy sounds like a horrible and lazy teenager.
ReplyDeleteAwww Mom! You're embarassing me in front of the comic book shop owner... again!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great one. :-)

ReplyDeleteThis. Is. Truth.
ReplyDeleteMy mother never step foot in a comic book store.
ReplyDeleteLike someone said above, this needs to be framed, on a wall. It's so very very true. Well, I wasn't horrible as a teen. Just horribly lazy.
ReplyDeleteBut but but children are the future!
ReplyDelete...
...
...oh god no
Heh, I love that woman.

This woman would probably laugh if she saw Kate Beaton's Mystery Solving Teens.
ReplyDeleteShe needs an award.
ReplyDeleteThis is a keeper. I actually said, "HA!" out loud, my teenager said, "What's so funny?" from the other room.
ReplyDelete"Moggy sounds like a horrible and lazy teenager"
ReplyDeleteExactly what I was thinking! Lmao!
"My super power is super-dubstep, yo."
ReplyDelete"Yeah well, my super power is I made a fat girl kill herself on Facebook once."
"Cool... let's make, like, a super team."
