Happy Halloween!

  1. And something tells me they don't smell too well either...

  2. That's actually sadly true for so many cool outifts and styles…

  3. They probably smell well; they probably don't smell good.

Cool shirt! I have a few El Vez CDs, I saw him perform twice, and I've got a signed gold lamé jacket.

  4. Don't forget Gambit's funky headpiece. What purpose did that serve exactly?

  5. no one ever seems to have a problem with his loose morals or his gambling problem. Why do they always seem to crack on his hair?

  6. What I like to call the 'Trenchcoat paradox'.

  7. Too bad when REAL guys wear pink armor, they look like total shit.

  8. This is accurate...

  9. It's only a gambling problem if you're losing :)

    I like his hair.

But yes, the clothes aren't exactly very flattering in the real world, heh.

  10. He had a MULLET. That hasn't been fashionable since 1991.

  11. This can be true with all my comic book crushes...Gambit, Daken, Shatter Star, Magneto, Nightwing. Ether they would have terrible fashion sense and/or have unbearable personalities you don't want to deal with in the real world.

  12. @DJ Maniak - When did you think Gambit first appeared? It was in 1990, when the mullet was in.

  13. Yeah, fake guys have it "SO" easy!

  14. It's the flutter of the coat that's cool. Real trench coats don't move the way they do in fictional media, so it's impossible to look anywhere near that badass.

  15. Mullets may have been fashionable in 1991, but they haven't looked good since...well...ever, really. Even Richard Dean Anderson couldn't make that look work.

  16. He didn't have a mullet. Longshot had the mullet. Gambit had hair long enough to be put in a pony tail. So sad he cut it.

  17. @DJ Maniak:
That's not a mullet. A mullet is short everywhere except the very back. What Gambit has is more like the lead singer for The Cure.

  18. Seriously DJ, Cat, Diane... do you not know what a mullet is? Hint: it's not super long in the front and parted.
