This is news to me. In fact my world view is shattered as a result of this news.
Nobody liked you either at first. Nor do they like you now. Who do you think you are; Michael Cera?
Maybe he saw a different version of "The Dark Knight." I would venture to say that everyone in the theater 'I' went to thought it was awesome.
Peepel love the Dark Night? Reely?
I thought The Dark Knight was quite average in quality. Yes, the action sequences were exciting, but it really doesn't have much of a story.
Nobody liked The Dark Knight originally. Which is why we all paid to go see it multiple times and made it one of the highest-grossing movies of all time--simply to spit in its face.
This strip sometimes is like an exercise in beautiful no-logic. I feel like I could write a Lewis Carroll adventure.
@sideshowcris, you could name it "Down the Comic Hole".
Maybe he's thinking of "Batman Begins."
So says the Scott Pilgrim fan.
@Lee:Maybe he's actually thinking of Batman & Robin for the first part, and The Dark Knight for the second. It's the only possibility that makes sense.
Maybe he's thinking of Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.
