I totally disagree. Anyone can learn to draw. It's not a question of "talent," it's more a question of whether you have the time, energy, and willpower to keep drawing. Everyone's first drawings suck. Either you keep going... or you give up.
I'm with Anon 12.57PM on this one, completely disagree with SallyP. While drawing (well) might come more naturally to some than others, it's certainly a skill like any other that can be taught and learned. There absolutely is not a 'can' or 'cannot' when it comes to learning how to draw.
