So the genius doesn't realize he can improve the life of his betrothed by sitting down and watching Dr, Who together? That way they'll be something to do together while his spouse spends the next 3-5 years chasing all his friends away and moving his stuff to the attic.
Reminds me of a convo i had back in the 90s with a guy who claimed he would never want to date a girl who doesn't like the same music as him. His favorite music was american third wave ska. Wtf, wtf, and even more wtf.
