    I'm pretty sure the man just rolls his own cigarettes. I see no reason to assume any particular substance. Could be just about anything that is smoked.

    Maybe it's racist but not so much that it's offensive. At least, I don't think any of my black friends would be offended, and not because some of them do happen to smoke weed. It's just a dumb kid.
