I agree with Anonymous #1; this kid is being raised right. Proverbs 22:6 says: Train up a child in the way should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
I think everyone who loves comics had an experience like this at some point. I still remember mine. I was 6, at Osco Drugs with my mom, and I found a JLA comic that had a race between The Flash and Superman, and it was about the coolest thing I had ever seen. I wonder if I still have that somewhere.
Ah... Childhood, the world is still full of wonders, even a JLA comic book can be the greatest thing ever. *Sighs* To be this young and innocent again...
Dad is raising this kid right
ReplyDeleteThat's great to hear - thanks for this one.
ReplyDeleteExactly. For as jaded as we get as we grow older -- kids still can find the cool factor pretty easily.
ReplyDeleteat least someone can be excited about the current Justice League. But still, this is really cute.
ReplyDeleteMan, Our Valued Customers has been great lately. This one warms my heart :)

DeleteHehe, that's pretty adorable.

ReplyDeleteBetween this cartoon and the last, I think it's a fairly good argument why comics *should* be for kids.
ReplyDeleteYeah! Another one! It all pays off when someone like this gets a copy. If I was Geoff Johns or Jim Lee, I'd get this one framed.
ReplyDeleteThis brought a smile to my face.
