Several Scans Daily members would like it if that were true. Heck, I would, since it would mean no more Carlie.
Wait...has anyone told this woman about the internet yet? <_<;
wait...Spidaman isn't gay?
Keep her away from the manga section; she might have a heart attack.
How can Spidaman NOT be gay?! He has is own Broadway musical!!
Actually, there was an episode in some comic where Iron Fist and some other hero discussed Spidaman's sexuality ("he has a hot wife? I thought he was gay! - So did I... you're wearing cute yellow boots. - Hey, these were a gift. - Yeah. From a guy").
I'm always surprised at the level of homophobia in the comic book community. Not sure why...
I'm pretty sure the entire West Coast Avengers team is gay, or at least curious.
I like to think we're reading her tone wrong and she's actually excited about the prospect of a gay Spidaman. I feel like that would have been a Brand New Day twist that would have made it a much more interesting storyline.
Forget the amazing Spiderman, bring on the FABULOUS Spiderman
I'd like it if Spidey would become gay. It would really rock the heteronormative standard in the comic book industry. Not as much as a gay Captain America would. I'd really love to see the American symbol be a gay man.
I thought Jughead was always gay.
I thought Jughead was always high.
Spiderman's not gay. He just dances in a gay, gay way.
"Brand New Gay"? Anybody? Anybody?
@Masamundane: And watching him dance will make you gay. That is why everyone in my graduating class in high school was gay. Also, I had a friend who watched that damn gif so many times he could actually do the dance.
This chick rules!
Wait, people still care about Archie comics?
this needs to have the Jerks tag added, me thinks
To see the symbol of America as a gay man? Why, because America likes it up the butt? Sheesh.
Girls like this are one of the root causes of gayness.
"THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY WOMEN AT ALL IN THIS WORLD! JUST CHILDREN AND MEN!"- J. Jonah Jameson
Since Archie is like a symbol of the 50s will there be KKK members lynching this gay character? And will he teach them a valuable moral lesson in a funny yet innoffensive and safe way?
How dare anyone other than straight white people get represented in comics!
