That does bring up several questions. The symptoms of PMS vary from woman to woman, if they show up at all. Would the wisdom of Athena counteract any hormonal imbalances from PMS? Would Wonder Woman even get hormonal imbalances? Is Wonder Woman immune from crazy?
Also, considering the powerful make-up of her form, she either has the worst cramps ever or she doesn't feel a thing.
Either way, if I had to wear a star-speckled bikini bottom during my period, I'd be punching extra hard, too.
She must need a super tampon too, for her super heavy flow.
In response to the scholar above, of course she feels her cramps. PMS is like kryptonite to Wonder Woman. On Paradise Island, they all had their periods at the same time of the month.
I don't know. I'm a chick and I think the guy raises a valid point just for super women in general. I think that the one we should be most concerned about, however, is She-Hulk.
@donovon, Grammar does matter. I read your original comment as fighting the personification of her period, not that it's scary to fight her no matter what.
I can't actually argue with this one.
ReplyDeletelol
ReplyDeleteHe might actually have a point there.
ReplyDeleteYes, yes he does.

And this is why I hate boys.
ReplyDeleteAhah humour wins over snobbism. Points for you anonymous sir; you got a nice caricature of you on a website and you probably don't even know about it.
ReplyDeleteWords of wisdom, which are oh so rare, ESPECIALLY in these comics
ReplyDeleteNever trust anything that bleeds for five days, and doesn't die.
ReplyDeleteSo, bonoes, have you noticed that this one is posted in the "Creeps" category? Just wondering...
ReplyDeleteShe's made out of clay. Gavel down.

Seems more like a "Jerks" than "Creeps" comic. OH HEY LOOK OTHER NERDS ARE BEING MISOGYNISTIC ON THE INTERNET, SURPRISE.
ReplyDeleteTo GS. Paradise Island is no longer a paradise during that time.
ReplyDeleteIt's scary to fight her period because she can own anyone in a fight. Anyone.
ReplyDeleteI don't know. I'm a chick and I think the guy raises a valid point just for super women in general. I think that the one we should be most concerned about, however, is She-Hulk.
ReplyDeleteA prize for the clever anonymous 10:54.
ReplyDeleteWell, that explains Elektra's choice of color for costumes.
ReplyDeleteDonovan @ 6:45pm, read your comment again and reflect upon the use of commas and mental images.
ReplyDelete@Budd. Kiss my ass. Reflect that image. You want to correct someone's grammar, yet, spelled my name wrong dumbass.
ReplyDeleteI was just pointing out the funny juxtoposition. Maybe you are the one that spells your name wrong, ever think of that.
ReplyDeleteAre you guys retarded or something? Jesus.

ReplyDeleteThe more interesting question is, does Wonder Woman have periods?
