I love that MRTIM doesn't even have a label for this guy, except for Lost. Which isn't so much his label as it is for the people trying to parse his sentence out. XD
Lost has about as much to do with The Office as it has with 60s B movies: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAGdJqaa3ag&feature=related
(On the other hand, could you imagine something like The Office crossed with Lost where office workers have to deal with Twilight Zone style craziness every week and nobody believes them? I'd watch that show for sure!)
I would totally watch the office if it were the same characters in a paper company but they had no idea how they got there and could not leave the building. And there was a smoke monster.
There seems to be two types of comments here - the folks that totally agree with this guy, and the ones who can't understand his rationality. Which proves my point that there are two types of people in the world: logical and illogical. And the logical ones may be in the minority.
Rude people are on that plane. I'm fine here on mine.
@Slade Grayson
That's a odd conclusion. People misunderstand each other all the time. Would that just have to do with some people being logic and others not? Or people having different POVs and experiences, thus seeing things differently. I don't get what this guy means, which could be because he makes no sense, or because I don't know these shows that well. Or some other reason. Not even sure if what he said is proper English.
I can't believe how serious the comments get sometimes when it's thing people actually say through the lense of a cartoon drawing - a well done one, but still: Why So Serious?
What?
ReplyDeleteI...it...what?
ReplyDeleteHuh?

Sorry, kids, but he nailed it.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there is an R missing somewhere in there... or on one of the comments... or in his brain... don't know.
ReplyDeleteLoving the implication that it's possible to think you identify with something and be wrong. Still, no idea what his point is.
ReplyDeleteThis totally makes sense.
ReplyDeleteThis guy is a hero.
ReplyDeleteThis one is missing the "Totally Right" tag.
ReplyDeleteWhat the what? I don't even...
ReplyDeleteThere is logic there, a strange kind of logic known only to this guy but still logic.

ReplyDeleteOkay, for the people leaving comments agreeing with this guy, explain for the rest of us. What the fuck?
ReplyDeleteI can't even leave a sarcastic comment. There's nothing to work with.
ReplyDeleteNo. I won't. We are on a totally higher plane than you people.
ReplyDeleteI think this was a madlib or something.
ReplyDelete"_______ is just _______ for _______ people who think they indentify with _______."
No matter what you put in there it's not going to make any sense
Ladies and gents, one of the script writers for Lost.
ReplyDeleteThat statement makes about as much sense as the show's ending.
ReplyDeleteIf it wasn't for my horse, I'd have never spent that year in college.
ReplyDeleteequestrian scholarship.
DeleteYou forgot the "crazies" tag. But yeah.

ReplyDeleteFinally, a reasonable Valued Customer. For once I don't disagree with what's been said.
ReplyDeleteNobody can explain what it means so it must be nonsense.

ReplyDeleteWhy not so serious?
